very low effort post but trolololol who cares :lul:

srsly though ive heard that heavy squats is the most test boosting / “naturally anabolic” excercise that u can do … but ive also heard it can cause a large amount of strain on ur spine and the load will inhibit growth there which means less height for us looksmaxxing bros !!!

anyways whats the final verdict this is important
 
Its not a natural anabolic and will not boost magically your test.
You can do it if you hit legs at the gym, but everyone will say you that you dont need really to train legs that much so is more a waste of time.

But if you enjoy it do it, I like to do it when I hit legs.
