Are hip dips a flaw for men too?

I see women complaining about having them all the time online, but I never seen anyone talk about if it’s a flaw on guys, are hip dips a big flaw for a man’s body?

I just saw online it’s actually a masculine feature to have slight dips and that’s why women hate it
