I am kind of shit in terms of motor coordination due to being non-NT, do lifts mess up the way you walk like dragging feet or tripping up? Are they comfortable as well?

I was thinking of getting 1.5 inch lifts to add to my 95's for what little good it will do me and my sub 4 deformed, recessed face.

They work, just uncomfortable. I wore mine to the club a couple times then didn’t bother tbh

I wear them everyday everytime I'm out, you'll get used to it, but when you change back to normal shoes it feels like heaven tbh.

At first it can hurt but you get used to it (1-2inches).
You need shoes big enough so it fit easily in it

I found it difficult the first time I used them and was tripping / dragging / couldn’t do stairs - but now it’s no problem to walk in lifts.

Biggest issues are with it being obvious that your foot is too high in the shoe (socks with coloured heels will fuck you up) and heel slip because your heel is out of the heel counter, which will be almost unavoidable in low top shoes.

There is no point running in them. Buy some trainers that naturally have stupid stack height if you want to run, like adidas Prime X.

Run no , walk yes. You just need to be used to it. (using lifts for 6 years now)

Depends on the height of the lifts and how well built they are.

Suffice to say, no lifts, regardless of build quality will be comfortable (or look good) if they add 3+ inches.

wearing 2'' lifts gave me seemingly permanent plantar fasciitis. i am now in constant mild pain and have to massage the balls of my feet everyday to find relief.

You planning to go to the club?

Sock lifts are better imo
