Are light colored eyes required to compensate for small pfl and small eyes in general?

I've noticed that every brown/black eyed chad has very large pfl, or just big eyes in general

On the other hand, you have someone like Chris Hemsworth, who is pushing the limit of being a chad with bad pfl and es - however, his eyes are light blue

Do small black eyes just look "beady" even with good supras, infras and eyebrows?

OP what’s PFL? And aren’t big eyes considered Feminine so how would that make someone a chad?
