PSL (and mtn/htn etc. ratings as such) are as objective as it gets because they simply represent how close your face is to that of the ideal male face on a scale without taking appeal into account. And normies dont view you on a PSL scale but based on how attractive you are and how much appeal you have, which is not a matter of PSL and can largely deviate from it (also very subjective due to things that PSL doesn't account for such as ethnicity, height etc.).
A good example is that some mtn's get thousands of matches on tinder while others get exactly zero
