Are low set cheekbones genetic or caused by downward grown maxilla?

im pretty sure its genetic but you gotta remember hes hella old, hes like 60 so theres obvs some of the bone mass diminished

So would ccw rotation rotate the anterior part of the cheekbone so that it sits higher? What about the lateral part? Would that stay in place?

i mean he has a more square face so it makes sense it would be lower, longer or more oval face really only have high cheekbones

lateral part would not stay same, but some of the zygo is just genetics not impacted by maxilla. Notice how everybody with really high set cheekbones have really good under eye support, even tho maxilla is a lot of it too? its cuz its connected
