Are low set cheekbones the cause of nct?

Tbh I always see nct people with low set zygos too. But how does it even cause nct or is it something else ?

the zygos support your orbitals, if its low-set they lack outer zygomatic support for their eyes causing negative canthal tilt.

I got brutally fucked by genetics mother has no under eye support but high/mid set cheekbones father has good under eye support but low set zygos. Guess what I got blessed with
