Are low set round cheekbones unfixable?

Ideally your cheekbones should be right under your eyes, they should be defined and have an angular shape without too much bone mass.

If your cheekbones are large yet round and low set they just make your entire face look bloated.

I haven’t seen anyone talking about this subject yet. Are there any ways to move your low set cheekbones upwards and change their shape?

Fillers and fat grafts won’t move your low set cheekbones upward. They can just fill the hollow areas where the high set cheekbones are supposed to be. ZSO is practiced to increase zygos width or am I wrong?

You can either try to move your zygos or fake the displacement with additional soft tissues.
