are midface implants uncanny???

looking to get some this year but im wondering and heard a lot that implants tend to be uncanny does anyone have any good results

yaremchuk has some decent results.
But what part of the midface do you want to augment? undereyes or paranasal ?
 
Got infras, still too swollen to assess front-profile, but my orbital vector mogs now.

No bimax b/c I'm class 1. Side profile and 3/4 profile def. improved. Front-looks worse but probably swelling. Will make a final judgment in another 6 weeks.

Maybe I should go back and do cosmetic bimax just for the keks. But I probably only need 3-4mm of maxilla movement, which imo isn't worth the recovery.

You should avoid too much anterior projection in that region. Otherwise you could end up with the apple cheek look, which is feminine (and can easily look bad on men).
