Are midface implants worth it for a somewhat flat midface?

My chin is projected, but my midface is flat. I'm not recessed enough to warrant going through lefort or bimax. but do maxillary implants really project the midface much? I'm talking about stuff like the midface mask implant, paranasal implant, infraorbital implants, zygo implants, etc.

Perhaps, but you’d want to go to a skilled surgeon for the design.

The benefit of PEEK implants is that they are practically invisible on any regular X-ray (e.g. dentist) and they are the most similar to bone. You won’t feel like you’ve got anything in your face.

Without upper jaw surgery, it's your only option.
