I think it depends on area tbh. In Canada gen Z is short asf. at 6'1 1/2 I am usually the tallest person on the street. But I do notice in Europe and Asian they are way taller than previous generations.

I think height depends on region tbh. gen z in Canada is short asf ofc this is not the case for all areas in fact in a lot of areas they are taller than previous generations. diets are worse than ever though.

yea plus better lifestyle and less stressed. I just noticed millennials tend to have a lot of the best looking people plus when I go out I notice they have better facial structure.

It's all in the diet, these models all grew up in farms, small towns etc where they cooked their own meals and knew what they were putting inside of their body.
I don't know. People are people. Perhaps millennials just know how to promote themselves better. Better at assessing the true long term value of an opportunity as well as negotiating. That kind of wisdom only comes with age. You don't necessarily have to have experience because you see the successes and failures of your contemporaries as time goes on. Generation Z doesn't have that benefit yet.
