Are moles worth removing?

I got a couple moles on my face, around 3 noticeable ones being one under my eye, one on my cheekbone and one on top of my lip are they worth getting removed because i have the money but some people say that look good but i figure they are just trying to be nice. What do you guys recon I should do?
