i would say something like that but i don't know if medium set exist. In the pics we can see that it start somehow high, but the most part of it is low set.

probably because they are wide. Thus they have little volume in the upper part and most on the low part.
Mine are higher set, but only visible near the eye, or laterally.

not planning on getting any implants or fat grafts there. Maybe some under eye filler like a tear trough filler. The only eye area implant I’m considering is a custom lateral orbital rim implant for more anterior projection.

Tip: when you suck your cheeks in, don’t do too much or it will be obvious. Also, bite your cheeks to keep them in place and it looks more natural. Male models literally do this as well.

oh my bad, I don’t actually suck them in. I was just doing it for the purposes here to better help determine whether my cheekbones/zygos are high set or low set.

You've got bad eye area pigmentation, I saw a study that said aloe vera applied topically fixes this, just make sure the gel is fresh.

Also you need eyelashes and your eyebrows suck, applying some lowkey makeup pencil would help with that.
