solid 2500 calories a day sometimes a little more getting my vitamins and minerals, active daily, daily bodyweight exercises. i dont have many before pictures, i recently cleaned out all but 200 items from my camera roll
i wasnt tracking my calories back then but i would only eat 1 meal a day most days, id get anywhere from 1000 to 2000 calories but 2000 is pushing it probably. only reason im still physically able is cause i was still getting like 100g of protein almost daily so i had like no muscle deterioration

i would just recommend it if you wanna have more jb appeal and to fix the lower/upper lip ratio other then that youre gl, you have a low ipd but obo aint worth it, focus on getting rhino to make eyes appear wider set, and grow out hair, easily chadlite+ then
i had to cut my hair cause it was damaged as fuck, growing it from a buzz to a 90s mod now, keeping it clean as it grows out so i can get the best look. when i save up enough money i might go to turkey or mexico for a rhino.
