What, why would you get canthoplasty? Your eyetilt seems to be like 3 degrees which really isn't too far from the ideal (5-9 ish). Its sort of hard to determine 100% accurately from this pic but it surely ain't negative. Your biggest issue is probably your pfl, but your eyes aren't that bad. Your medial canthus is also not the best, its overly rounded, but again, not too bad. Your eyecolor is nice Your eyes are normal looking if not slightly above average really

Huh? You know that canthal tilt is measured from the medial to lateral canthus relative you a horizontal line, right?

Hmm yeah I thought about awnsering this when posting, but I am not sure how risky it is, and will therefore never recommend it. I don't recommend stuff that I have not propperly researched and you should always be careful with such invasive and irreversable diy procedures. I don't think I would cut it, at the very least not yet. Its better to looksmax other areas of your face first, and then evaluate whether its neccecery down the line

Not bad, if you used a lash curler and got them thicker it would be a lot better tho tons of potential
