good ramus length but angle looks high

Ramus is above average length but slanted inwards so your gonial angle is too high.

That makes sense.
I have asymmetrical Ramus. One is slightly longer and slanted outwards with a lower gonial angle and the other is shorter, slanted inwards with a higher gonial angle

But my bizygomatic width is good. Can I fix the asymmetry of the ramus by getting jaw angle implants for the bad ramus, without increasing bizygo width.. so purely for the side profile just to make it look non deformed. Just bring back the ramus to make it straighter

Also my gonion is more inwards on this side.

It looks something like this:
1720129984927

(actually this is not the best diagram, the blue part should only be for the jaw angle area.. not really the entire mandible)

I can't have any increase in bigonial width though. My masseters are kinda big already and my palate is not wide.

@Orc you might know also. I'd really appreciate your help with this man.. on one side I got a banana jaw with no gonial definition/inward slanted ramus and less straight down (also shorter)

the difference is probably fat and barely any bone, you can dissolve it if you want.

you are downgrown but you'd have short face syndrome and a short chin if you weren't so consider it a blessing.

I had 4 premolar extractions before puberty and also 7 yrs of braces with elastics

My chin is good you’re right, around 1:2.8 ratio philtrum to chin, but do you really think that if I didn’t mouth breathe till 18 then and didn’t get any of those extractions before I even hit puberty, then I’d have a better ramus?
My dad has a gigamogger ramus a bit worse than Dolph Lundgren
My mum has average at best..

Also do you think that if I lose weight then it will look good?
You’re right I’m around 30-35% body fat rn. If I reach 15, will my ramus look longer/ more defined that makes me look less deformed?

Appreciate the help
