I will be 17 years old in two months.

A year ago I was 186 cm, now I am 187 cm. I've been measuring my height probably every month for the last six months and I don't see any change (I'm 187 as I was). So I'm pretty sure my growth plates are closed. Am I right?

Most likely.

You are a good height anways. Growth is complete if bone age is 16 or larger
