Are my growth plates open?

I am 17, 171cm, male.
I can’t do xray on my growth plates because my parents think already that I’m kinda schizo and they would ask me hundred of questions.
I don’t think that I grew in like 3 months (or my dad is measuring me wrong)
Is there ANY chance to check it underage?
Please give me some help

Hop on proper good supplements , eat and sleep well. And if u can grow still depends on ur stage of puberty. Create micro fractures and stretch them idk if that works , massai jumps , sprinting and all that bs maybe , get rlly good sunlight fs.
