Actually, I think it’s the opposite but very slightly. His mandible looks very slightly recessed (when I say recessed I mean only relative to upper jaw). Either way, I don’t think anyone would perform jaw surgery on that but I’m not an expert.Genioplasty will probably be fine but he has a visible chin fold which may look worse.
