not really I brush mine with a toothbrush sometimes and use vaseline like 5 minutes afterwards. Make sure you're accidentally not sucking them in otherwise idk it's mostly genetics

You should debloat if you aren't debloated in the photo. Mainly for your cheeks though because your nose is already pretty slim
