I’m 6’3 180lbs natty skinny fat. I started working out about 2 and 1/2 months ago. Back Squat 185, deadlift 245, Bench 125 i tried benching 135 and i got the bar up but it was just stuck about halfway I could keep it from going down but i just couldn’t get it up fully. I’m just wondering if these maxes are good. I think they’re good because i’ve only been working out 2 1/2 months. Except for my squat idk why it’s so low. About a month ago my maxes were front squat 115, bench 105, and deadlift 225. I haven’t maxed power clean recently but about a month ago i couldn’t even get 95 but now im doing it easily for reps. My form has improved drastically on power cleans since i first started.
