Are narrow palates one of the physical traits that evoke the most disgust upon observation?

I'm saying this as someone who had a narrow palate myself and didn't realize just how bad it was until I got SARPE and then looked back at pictures from pre SARPE
If someone has a big nose or recessed chin I can look at them and consider them to be unappealing but they generally don't trigger any real negative feelings
A narrow palate on the other hand really is in a category of it's own in terms of traits that make me feel uneasy upon viewing

Narrow Palate is a high class trait.

Get a palate expander but tell the Orthodontic to narrow your palate instead of widen.

Then get a Rhino to lengthen your nose.

Finally shave your hair all off or dye it blonde and slay.

Funny how the most repulsive physical traits come from a modern diet/environment(sugar and foods rotting teeth, soft food causing narrow palates, and inflammatory habits/diet causing skin to breakout)
