Yeah, First determine if your paranasal area is actually recessed
Ok, how do I determine that? My maxilla isn’t recessed and neither is my jaw

Either excess fat or loss of collagen holding the fatpads in place when you get older. Having higher set cheek bones does help in terms of giving more fullness but you still have to be lean.

Could also be related to aging and loss of fat, bone overall in the face

You can have facial fat grafting to that area - I've had that done.

Had fat added to mid-face (covering nasolobial folds), temples and between my lower lip and chin

Same threads every day.

Nasolabial folds are caused by:

-Mouth protrusion combined with high bodyfat

-Recessed lower maxilla combined with low bodyfat once teen collagen starts to fade

-(Rare) Shit fat pads meaning no fat in that area

is your nose crooked even though your parents arent?

It's unnatural to not have them.
