it's not impossible and i'm sure some people achieve pretty insane stats with just naturally improving their hormones and other looksmaxxes but with stuff like diet that actually improve that, just one bag of chips is gonna cook you for a week. so it's a lot less user friendly if i had to say?

Probably because the results are much slower and harder to commit to; I think one of the most important natural looksmaxxes is nofap which everyone on this forum clearly thinks is a joke. It's hard to eat 6 eggs a day, fruits and vegetables, sleep early. Everyone wants instant results and only results in looksmaxxing, most people forget about lifemaxxing; picking a book, a new sport, etc. Also social media and doom scrolling which I can attest to negatively influnces this all as well. I can keep going on about this lol, what do you think?
