Ahhh I see it now, Cavill lacks mandible height. The thing its only really apparent in that photo in other photos the height of his jaw looks completely fine.

Yeah. I guess the answer to your question is that good looking ppl with sfs exist that have no recession in regards to mandibular/maxillary projection but there are also plenty of ppl with sfs due to a short mandible/chin or vertically short maxilla.
