Then why do we look very different? Is that evolution over time people became different races. Its obvious black people evolved to have black skin because of how much sun they get compared to Europe

Not really, especially with occupational surnames such as Smith, Fisher, Farmer etc. Those surnames come from what work someone did.

Can you answer the surname one but? It makes sense that people with the same surname all have a common ancestor right?
I dont really know, maybe.
But people can change their names and there could also be different origins for the same surname for different people.

I assume you mean a more common recent ancestor compared to all of humanity. IE two people with the last name smith will be more related than a smith and a johnson or something.

In that case, it varies from culture. I know that for arabs and I think chinese / japanese it's true, but only for the paternal side (since you get your dad's last name). Though sometimes it's just that two people had the same last name.

that house of names is really dam legit btw. It says my surname is english but also has ireland flag on it as well. My great grandad was irish but he had english surname. Am scottish btw apparently many people from england moved to ireland at some point. i seen it in a video why ireland hates england
