Are peptides worth it?

Yo since soon I will be going to college it will give me more freedom as I will be able to take roids freely.
I will be 19 as college starts and Im debating between taking CJC+Ipamorelin and Test vs HGH and test.
Im still growing as I squeezed out a 1cm in past couple months and Im just wondering which one of these 2 options is more worth it and will change my face more. If anyone took roids at late age as I plan to, the experience would be much appreciated.

If youre in college you can definitely take things like HGH and reta and yeah they're worth it if youre old enough
