Rigid human phenotypes have already been declared as mostly pseudo science decades ago. People irl rarely fit that neatly into phenotypes because human traits exist on spectrums not in fixed categories

Brits by their definition are mutts. Anglo saxon, celt and med influences since roman times. Some brits even have Jamaican and Indian dna also. Many Swedish and Nordics also have Sami DNA. Purest Europeans are generally Scottish and Baltic region

I think alain is west alpinid not Sardinid (I think that's the phenotype ?) Also phenotypes can appear in many different locations for example you can find nordid phenotypes in Tajikistan and China
