ok so i read the botb framemaxxing guides and i have a shit ton of doubt about reeves deadlift and pullovers
is it just cope that only works on muscle?

total cope, j stick to the basics. ur best bet for a "wider" frame is to isolate ur side delts (i prefer cable lat raise) and lats (lat pulldowns and weighted wide grip pullups). don't forget ur shoulder press and hit shoulders w higher frequency in ur split (but keeping ur rep range between 6-8 for 2 sets). gl
