Are scars a falio?

I got a scar in one eyebrow which effects shape a bit and a bigger scar at my hairline/forehead.
Girl's asks about them when they notice and I just make up a new story every time.
(Real story is I got shit motoric skills)

But I can't figure if they are a falio as they are only noticable close up.

Any ways to reduce scars?
