are seed oils in sunscreen okay?

I got this sunscreen it’s mineral with zinc on purpose cause I don’t want no bad shit on my skin but I js noticed there’s seed oils and I’ve seen tons of videos saying if u eat food with seed oils u get fucked and I’m worried it works the same way on the skin I’m not sure

id like an intelligent take on this as well. surface level we know that things must be a certain (small) size in order to be absorbed by the skin. However, things can also make their way into the body via the hair follicles.
