Are shoe lifts worth it if your already 6 foot?

Wear 1 inch lifts, don't bother with going higher.
Every little bit counts, and taller lifts are unconfortable and hard to hide unless you wear boots

It also depends greatly of the girl.
Most 5"2 don't like men being above 6'
You must be relatively high but not to small to get her feel secure while too high means too much for her from a practical pov (torticollis)

6'1 -6'2 is perfect height
