yeah by 16 i was kinda a loner too cause my best friend got a gf and ditched me most the rest of HS

like if u didnt have a good group of friends in middle school and some of HS u will never have experienced a great life. That's just my opinion


The ONLY thing that keeps me going in life is hanging onto some sort of way to recreate childhood. U don’t gotta be a retarded asshole. You can be very stoic and still be NT.

Although personality is genetic too tbh, but you can improve it. I was super annoying and stupid at certain times in middle school trying to fit in and nobody liked me so I started to adapt and then I became popular with everyone in my class (in a very small private school) and that was because I went from obnoxious to very easy going, relaxed, stoic, but kept some of the low inhib too like the obnoxious side but harnessed it to be in small doses. I went from a giga autist to cool kid just by adapting myself but that was pretty young like 13-14. If ur 16 it could be harder
