Are some people just simply not meant to have forward maxillas?

srs. Due to ethnicity or genetics, etc. I could almost cope with it if it was due to being a celtcuck or nordcuck as opposed to being due to environment which could have been different

Maxilla isn’t even that important most people get have it leveled with brow ridge and when smiling it’s a little recessed

Yes my nose is death-tier and my acne. I might be a mentalcel to some degree as well jfl or maybe i'm coping.

Genetic and environmental. Genetics set the potential for recession/forward growth. The best genetics will provide for a forward grown maxilla despite shitty oral posture, nutrition, sleep, etc., while the worst (but within normality) will mean that you can't fuck up any of these factors and grow optimally.

In regards to the genetic factor, lot of the variance was likely induced at various evolutionary bottlenecks, such as ice ages - look at most Scandinavians. Most have impeccable forward growth probably because airway issues in a cold climate are practically a death sentence (respiratory infections, inability to efficiently maintain core body temperature due to breathing in freezing air, etc.). European peoples in general have overtime developed other features to accommodate the cold: high nasal root, longer naso-maxillary airway to facilitate warming of air as it reaches the lungs (at the expense of maximizing oxygen uptake), deep set/unexposed eyes to prevent cold damage, variations in soft-tissue/fat distribution to maximally prevent against frostbite. Natural selection at work.

I have the same bad undereye area as my dad, he did not grew on shitty Western diet. Sometimes you can't beat genetics.
