Depends. Most supplements are shit but research which ones are good for your needs and if they’re bioavailable

Which do you use
I’ve experimented with a bunch and now I run the blueprint stack (utterly unnecessary but my bloodwork has gotten better since starting it) and also glucosamine, k2, boron, zinc, d3, msm, and a nitric oxide booster

I’ve experimented with a bunch of shit, literally 20+ pills a day before I joined .org and learned most of them do nothing for you but I’m autistic and I will occasionally buy random ones still if I see a sale

I got prescribed tranexamic acid for hyperpigmentation + got dutasteride if that counts.

Oh I forgot to mention beta carotene megadose + lycopene for coloring but that should be water at this point. It definitely works. I’ll probably change to MT2 one day but I wanna fix my skin first before doing that. Might add astanthaxin megadose but that’s in blueprint already so not sure yet

If you need dietary supplement, then that means you’re eating poison and are malnourished.

Raw carnivores like myself laugh at that word.

Idk what any of these are or what they do

The only supplement I take is finasteride.

For lashes?
No. I do it to prevent any chance of balding and to reduce my DHT levels. My hair got denser and I was shedding much less hair only after a few weeks in. I have slightly denser temporal peaks and I can spot mature hair in places where I had no hair/miniaturised hair before. No sides. I used minoxidil before but I haven't used it for a few months because it isn't practical right now.

I ordinarily eat liver every week along with oysters and fruit rich in Vit C, so I consider that my supplement stack. I eat raw fish when quality produce is available. My diet is high in yoghurt, cheese and meat. I'm not sure I'd benefit from any supplementation. I think vast majority of supplements are total junk.
