Are surgeons in Japan better?

Frank Tufano who got butched by Taban said in Japan they fixed his eyes now which made him look way better and before that an USA surgeon tried to fix them but did it false. Are Japanese surgeons the way to go for lf3?

Not lf3!!! But for surgeries like bone shaving and some eyelid surgeries asia is 100% better..
