My vote: Some are, some aren't.
Mestizos are all subhuman.
White Mexicans are human (but a type of human I don't want immigrating to my country).
Castizos can go either way (as far as whether they're human). Castizos who identify more with the White side are human. Castizos who identify more with the taco bender side are subhuman.
