Are taking naps even optimal?

I keep taking naps these days but not like the short 30 mins one usually ill nap for like 1-2 hrs. Is this even good coz i feel like shit every time after i wake up and theres so much shit left to do smh.

could be many reasons but most common is poor sleep the night before

Dont take naps, bad habit.

sleep well 9+ hours, trust me if you start taking naps everyday, it will be extremely hard to break that habit, especially if your mental health isnt doing that well

Man im cooked coz i fr cant go to bed early for shit like ill try to go by 10 pm just to be distracted till 12-1 :hnghn:

Yeah i gotta lock in thing is i even take melatonin every night too and still cant sleep properly smh💔🫩

this is bad for u sunny, you need to have a complete 9 hours good quality sleep

taking 1-2 hour naps are only incomplete cycles of sleep which wont help with ur energy

i sleep 8 hours a day and never feel like sleeping only when im at work, but thats because u feel like doing everything except working at work :ROFLMAO:

I don’t take naps. I cannot take them in the first place. I can only sleep once. Even my DNA results say I am not likely to take naps.

Usually i nap when i get really tired after class but its prob coz im sleep deprived af everyday. But yeah ill try to stop taking them and just power through and sleep earlier instead

It depends on the days but usually ill wake up around 6:30-7am to get ready for class at 9 am. Then most of the days i end classes around 3-4 pm but wednesday i go to the gym afterwards. Then reach home around 5-6 and thats when i get hella tired and usually nap. I go to bed around 12-1 am though everytime💔. Only days i get to sleep in is the weekends but even so i still go to bed at 12-1am:hnghn:

No wonder you’re tired, especially when you workout. You should sleep too late and wake up early. Try sleeping earlier!

Believe it or not but I had like two dreams that were inspired by Ju-on. :KEKLEO:

The first one was very reminiscent of a scene from of those movies, and the second one was when I saw Kayako looking at me, while she was floating towards the ceiling.

I used to drink coffee everyday for breakfast but i stopped like a couple weeks ago and switched to green tea instead

after a looooooong hunt you would nap. yes they are optimal. but only if deserved. otherwise it could fuck up your sleep schedule

I havent played it yet. Its on my wishlist both the Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill f (the japanese one). Saw clips of it tho and shits so creepy so that means the VR prob gonna make people have a heart attack irl:forcedsmile:
