My TDEE should be 2000 according to online calculators, I actually weigh 69kg and am sedentary. I would like to lose around 800g-1kg per week, is it correct to consume 1000-1200 calories per day or is it too little? Also i'm getting 2g protein per kg and wondering if it's enough to avoid muscle loss or if i should add exercise

I would add exercise but no matter what you do muscle loss is inevitable

If it will be cope i'd rather avoid it with such caloric deficit
