I got a 100 pairs* of teeth whitening strips coming in

ive used them to decent success in the past, i noticed you have to apply them evenly and make sure to get every corner of the teeth or you end up with non white slightly off color edges near the gums

are teeth whitening strips a good maintenance for teeth? like tretinoin but for teeth

or should i just go get whitening done every 3 months

i should add, i occasionally smoke, 5-7ish ciggies a week, and drink 5L of coffee a week, i rinse my mouth after everything though

i also take methylene blue in liquid form so that kinda stains over everything else which kinda prevents staining from other shit if that makes sense

Most whitening strips in parts of Europe and UK iirc don't use hydrogen peroxide, those are major cope from personal use, I live in Europe and bought some, didn't work to long term whiten while I was on them, if you live in the USA and get some whitening strips with hydrogen peroxide they will probably work, you just needa get the right type
