Hello, I took a testosterone test at home using a kit where I had to stick a needle in my finger and then draw my blood into a tube. The test results are as follows, knowing that the test only measures total testosterone:
13 nmol/L or 375 ng/dL. I'm 22 years old, so according to these tests, I'm below average for my age.
However, I have no symptoms of low testosterone. I'm quite lean without forcing myself to eat healthy. I'm able to gain muscle and have a pretty good physique with good performance in the gym. I have erections every morning, a high libido, a beard, and an 8-inch cock.
It's true that I don't sleep much and therefore feel quite tired quite often, but how come I don't have any symptoms of low T when, according to the tests, I have very low levels? I also have a varicocele in one testicle. I'm going to try to adjust that to see if I see any improvement, but my testicles are normal in size.
For you is it because the tests aren't at all accurate and therefore I have higher testosterone, or is it possible that this is due to the fact that my body converts a higher level of total testosterone into bioavailable testosterone, meaning I could have higher than average levels of testosterone used by my body while being below average in terms of my total testosterone?
