Dang even fillers must be harder than grafting then because I got them once and they felt pretty solidsquishy of course,
that's why i don't like face implants/fat grafts as they don't actually provide any physical protection, ie. work only for looks.

If you have a decently visible palpebromalar groove then that would usually point more towards volume loss instead of actual bone recession.
