Are the results of fat grafting hard or squishy?

squishy of course,
that's why i don't like face implants/fat grafts as they don't actually provide any physical protection, ie. work only for looks.

you could have large zygos from this but it wouldn't do much to shield your eyes from physical trauma, unlike bone which actually functions but is practically impossible to manipulate/get.

Dang even fillers must be harder than grafting then because I got them once and they felt pretty solid

People generally underestimate the amount of soft tissue you should have in your face. For example, the average male should have like 3-5mm of soft tissue overlaying the infraorbital rim.

I have like 0 cause I have those big ugly lines under my eye and they are not eye bags

If you have a decently visible palpebromalar groove then that would usually point more towards volume loss instead of actual bone recession. Best way to fix that is grafts because you can get a lot closer to the eye with your own fat compared to filler.
