Are the Sups I'm Taking Even Worth It?

I've been reading around on what some people are taking. My doses and routine looks a bit off and want a second opinion on what to take to addon to everyday and "looksmaxxing" benefits. I was told to get higher dosages of D3 and K2 which will be done when I finish these bottles. All of these are taken at the same time before bed and yes my stomach hurts like a bitch. (I do college sports aswell if that makes a difference in dosage recommendations).

19, 145lbs, 5'11

D3(2000IU)- Take 3
Sea moss, Black Seed Oil, Ashwaganda and Burdack Root (way to much shit to put here)
K2(100mcg)- Take 2
Beta Carotene(25000IU)- Take 3-4
Zinc(50mg)- Take 1-2 Depending what I did that night
Creatine Mono(1 Scoop)
 
Take leg lengthening surgery, lefort 1 bimax + genio + midface implants + nasal implants
 
All of those are amazing, Zinc and Beta carotene are okay, but not really required if you have a normal diet. D3+K2 + Ashawanda and Creatine is gonna be 90% of what you need anyways. If you go off of that its more autistic, I have spent 1000s on supplements and would suggest sticking to less than 5 different
