Are there ANY actual surgeries that make the medial canthus longer-wider?

I’m literally looking everywhere but all of these results from “epicanthoplasty” or “medial canthoplasty” does literally nothing to widen the medial canthus. Not longer nor more downturned

I meant longer bhai sorry, but yeah I do need a longer and more downturned medial canthus (squinting in the bottom pic) (I’m not ethnic btw the lighting is super bad on top and bottom picture)
