You have eyelids you need to open and close. Its hard to get the rhythm right but just start with a 5x5 set thumbpulling your eyelids up

But that was a guide on opening your eyes, closing them is a whole other beast

Im not one for hard measurements tbh but if you pm me I can try to help you. You can see on my wall ive done it a few times and been helpful, no risk of leaking really since posting pms get instant removed and I dont leak obviously from my history. But its up to you, if you dont want to it will just save me time, but you seem like a nice enough guy and I like helping people. I know some dudes you can talk to for better measurements or really specific advice, esp if you are considering surgery. Otherwise though I do really think failos should be pretty obvious to you

Yeah, thats why I didnt say to rate himself. People are both so in love with themselves and so precise in noticing bad things about themselves nobody would ever see they balance out and make someone vain enough to find their flaws and fix them relentlessly
This is also why people saying what are you rated annoys me significantly, people can only really give themselves an accurate percentile rank imo
