Are there any cope methods to effectively lengthen medial canthus?

I’ve done lip stretching with a device for 2 years+ now and my mouth to lip ratio went from 1.2 to 1.5.
Wondering if theres any way i can stretch around the eyes too

It gave a great boost for few days, it’s effectively just frauding until it heals.
I kept doing it for a while then realized i dont wanna keep cutting my eyes and get fucking infection
I was doing it with surgical scalpel, I have superman healingnor someshit cause i was messing with its healing and it still would heal

nope. just slight dent not really noticeable but not where i was doing it slighly above and more on the right for some reason
