MSE might save you, consult with an orthodontist though if you aren't showing pictures of your palate.

My pallate isn't even that narrow, I think it's normal because I've been wearing mobile braces since when I was little, but my maxilla is just unprojected, idk

You may want a rapid maxillary expansion device (RME) then. But always talk to an orthodontist, they know way more than anyone on here
