Buccal fat removal is such a pointless and risky procedure honestly, once the buccal fat is gone it can never be restored, like 99% of people dont truly need it

Personally, it seems to me that most people considering buccal fat removal are honestly just looking for an excuse to not cut down to around 10% bodyfat. I have yet to see someone talking about needing buccal fat removal who has been below 15% bf tbh.

Yes. Personally, I would never remove my buccal fat pad (it’s nothing like normal fat, and can never be restored, and only “replaced” with fat injections that are nothing like the original thing) and would instead try other methods like facial lipo or kybella. Maybe Buccal Fat Removal as a total last resort and even then, I’d be sure to not remove all the fat pad.

I've had it but my lower cheeks were sticking out past my cheekbones even at low BF. Probably not a good idea for most people.

Yes. Hmmm, facial lipo looks promising. Might benefit from that more and not have to worry about the advanced aging unlike the actual retards who got buccal removal like @Chadlite Rutherford. I think the best result would actually come from mixing both a cheek liposuction with a minor buccal fat removal.

No it doesnt, people constantly think I look 19 or 20 ( unsolicited response btw ) despite me being 24, so much for " muh old man "

The picture I took was sucking in cheeks after 2 day fast, the nasalabial folds are possibly due to ( chewing tobacco ) use in my teen years and are nowhere near as dramatic IRL. Once my bodyfat goes above 11% the nasalabial folds disappear, also cheap soft tissue fillers are a great way to fix mouth area

BULLSHIT my Dad is 50 fucking years old and still has chubby cheeks, people constantly noticed my dads chubby cheeks, I was <15% and had VERY VERY chubby cheeks

The plastic surgeron I went to has been in business for a long ass time and told me he never saw so much buccal fat in a person before

#4 You didnt have to get all the buccal fat taken out

This is one argument that seems legit. It is possible maybe I took too much out but its too late.

The plastic surgeon told me there is no reason to leave any left in there, so I took his word

Absolutely fucking not, I looked like a total chode before, any gauntness to my face is easily fixed by maintaing slightly higher bodyfat % so around 13% or by getting soft tissue fillers

Also nobody IRL noticed the gauntness BUT EVERYBODY noticed the jawline and hollow cheeks, I went from a " chubby faced child " to a rockstar

Probably not, my facial fat pretty much reflects my body weight now.

But I must have had a huge abundance to start with. I even tried facial lipo before it but wasn't content.

For the record I still look younger than my age which many people commented on here.
