Sounds like bs tbh, I'm reading it and their "diet plan" requires you to buy their products, nothing else. Apparently its a "specialised protein shake" :feelshaha:

I would make one but it would be heavily biased toward strength training/powerlifting, which most of this forum doesn't care about.

All this this is bullshit bro, its calories in calories out, you can eat mcdonalds every day and be 8% bf. You need to start tracking calories, track every thing that enters your mouth except diet sodas and water. After you find ur true maintenance, you'll never get fat unknowingly ever again.

went from this to

in 9 days while eating anything i want. All because i know my maintenance is 3.5k calories, i ate 2.5k calories of anything i want basically. (if you want to keep ur muscle u still need to eat high protein.) It takes about 2-4 weeks at first to find your true maintenance calories after that you'll get so good that you can basically just count the foods in ur head if you eat the sameish shit everyday.

That not true, you can eat McDonalds at a massive deficit and lose a ton shit of weight,
but how long can you do it before you go crazy and how much muscle will you lose because of lack of protein?

There is a very real mental struggle which many dieters seem to ignore, and eating high fat and protein foods with perhaps some caffeine to suppress appetite, really does help, you will just binge eat or quit very quickly if you just eat sugary foods

some diets are better then others for a specific person, but from my experience diets like OMAD, keto, and low carb have a massive success rate and they are popular for a really good reason

I never said its healthy, or you should do it, but pretending like "low carb" makes you lose more weight than "high carb" or whatever fucking diet u try and pull out of ur ass, is comical and such a noob/beginner trap.

If you want to speak about muscle loss or building, omad is the shittiest eating style to try and build muscle on. Body has no way of storing protein so if you eat over 50g (this isnt 100% could be 30, or 40 , or 50.) of protein per meal it will just get peed out, eating all ur daily macros in 1 sitting is trash for muscle growth.

Just understand ur daily calorie limit is what i'm saying, you can eat wtf u want with those calories, i just don't suggest low carb, low carb is like driving a car on fumes, like whats the point? so you get better milage cuz u weigh less overall?

I never claimed that low carb is better for weight loss purely, its better for a sustainable and easier weight loss

He is 16 and 60kg and u guys are talking about cutting? Are u retarded guyths
What he needs to do is to eat at maintenance levels.
he just turned 16, he shouldn't be weighing all his food u stupid fuckers
that's and unhealthy habit, he isn't going to compete in a bodybuilding contest

Eat normal food, no keto, no omad, these are good for short term, but they are not sustainable, and u are going to feel a lack of energy which will make ur gym performance lack, and u will have no energy in school or whatever u do Irl.
Try to get atleast 4 meals in a day, 4 meals with protein, and don't go to maccdonalds and shit, try to eat healthy foods, idk what ur goals are and what ur body fat percentage is rn, but lets say ur just average, I wouldn't cut at 60kgs, what are u going to be, 50? girls weigh that.
Get some mass first before thinking about cutting body fat. The cleaner you keep the diet, the less fat ur gonna put on, and by clean I don't mean chicken and rice. I mean not going to McDonalds and eating 2 double cheese burgers for lunch cuz its gains bro
if u feel like ur gaining a little more fluff than what u would like, do some cardio, its much better to reduce cals by cardio then reducing food, cuz then u still get the micronutrients in while being lower cals.

I would eat a little above maintenance, and I would start training full body 3x a week, just trying to learn the basic compound movements. If you haven't been in the gym yet and not worrying about weight at all, just learning proper form.
If you have been working out for some time, you could try a split where u hit all muscles 2x per week. that's what's optimal for natural lifters. Since u wanna hit protein synthesis 2x a week and when u hit it u only have it for 48 hours, that's when u build muscle. U hit it by training. so generally u want to do something like push pull legs or some split like that, if u wanna train 5-6 times a week. If not, full body 3x a week is good for starters.
You also want to progressively add weight to exercises, don't do 60kg on the bench for 12-14, rather go to 65-70 and try to get to 12 on that. when u reach 12, u can add more weight. something like that, so u keep progressing.
if u got any more questions ask

or just ask the biggest guy in ur gym for some test p and tren a

also supplements are a scam, only supplements that work are the ones that are illegal
