Are there any good maxillofacial surgeons that will answer questions through email?

Most want me to book a consultation and I don't want to wait weeks or months to get an answer to a simple question. I already spent over $1k on consultations so far with various plastic surgeons, orthodontists, and maxillofacial surgeons and don't want to spend any more money.

They all told me I should only consider lower jaw surgery, but all the autists here and on other sites are telling me I need Bimax. So I want to consult with as many surgeons as possible to be 100% sure I only need lower surgery.
